Birgit Brabeck

Executive director, Founder

Birgit Brabeck founded VOCATO in 1999 and can draw on years of international PR experience from agencies and companies. From 1994 to 1999 she worked in the internationally-operating PR agency group Weber Shandwick, where she finally headed the "high-tech" division in their Bonn office. Birgit Brabeck studied translating and interpreting at the University of Heidelberg.

Corinna Bause

Executive director

Corinna Bause joined the VOCATO team in early 2002. Trained in political science, from her previous professional experience she brings both journalistic know-how and comprehensive knowledge in financial communication to the PR work at VOCATO. As Investor Relations consultant at the Cologne agency CARROTS she accompanied many stock exchange flotations by German companies in the years 1999 to 2002.

Jessica Auweiler

PR consultant

Jessica Auweiler has assisted VOCATO since 2004 as PR consultant. She has engaged in German studies and civil law at Bonn University and has PR experience in companies and agency to her credit.

Friederike Wagner

PR consultant

Friederike Wagner has been working as PR consultant at VOCATO since 2011. She engaged in German and musicology studies at the University of Heidelberg and focussed specially on IT and technology subjects during her traineeship at a communication agency in Sindelfingen.

Philipp Petersen

Philipp Petersen has been working for VOCATO since 2013. Before he moved to Cologne, he had completed a traineeship in a Munich-based PR agency and previously an internship in the press office of a large German telecommunication operator. He successfully completed his University studies in Social Sciences in his hometown Goettingen.

Nicole Hilse

PR consultant

Since 2005, Nicole Hilse has been working as a freelance PR consultant with VOCATO. Before, she gained comprehensive PR experience in several international PR agencies. Nicole holds a diploma in communications, marketing and science of art from the University of Essen.

Laura König

PR junior consultant

Since 2012 Laura Koenig has been working as PR junior consultant within the VOCATO team. After her studies of American and Comparative Literature at the University of Tuebingen she completed a PR traineeship at an international company based in Stuttgart. During her studies she already gained working experience through internships in the publishing sector.
